flexmobility platform supports almost all types of end devices of the different manufacturers. Nevertheless, we recommend that you contact us before making a major hardware purchase. We will be happy to explain to you the current favorites by use case.

The new version “12” is currently in a beta test and is expected for autumn 2023. As soon as the version could be tested sufficiently, it will be published. Please coordinate with us for detailed questions, use the contact form.
We already check all operating system updates for compatibility of our clients in the beta phase and, if necessary, adapt our clients before the release of a new update from the manufacturer. In some cases, however, we have to check the update declared as final by the manufacturer before we release it. This can take 1-2 business days. We always show all released updates on our website.
Client updates always appear when they are actually necessary. This can be necessary, for example, due to an update of the client operating system (iOS, Android, Windows) or in the course of new functions that we make available with a client update.
Yes, it is possible to use secure data transmission. This is always recommended by us. TLS 1.2 is enforced and a valid certificate chain is required.
Please download “flexmobility platform cc”. The other clients are older versions that are still listed in the app stores for backward compatibility with old devices and operating system versions. Our hardware requirements always refer to the latest version.
You can obtain the barcode via the Central Cloud Manager, where it can be generated and made available to the user secured with a second factor.
Normally, a server update is only necessary when elementary changes have to be made to the client. However, in all cases, it is advisable to always use a server version that is as up-to-date as possible. In addition to bug fixes and updates for client support, we work very intensively on new functions and optimizations for flexmobility platform. Therefore, you benefit directly several times when using a current server and client version. By the way, the server update for trained users can be done very easily in most cases with a one-click mechanism in our 11 versions. Cloud-based installations update automatically.
Please test your individual flexmobility configuration on a separate device with each new update of the flexmobility app to rule out any misbehavior due to new or revised functions. Only release the new app version for your company after successful testing! We recommend the flexmobiliy platform Server Stand >= 11.0.x. for the best possible support of the used end devices iOS, Windows and Android.
Before each update of the operating system version, the current flexmobility app must be updated from the respective stores! Please always inform yourself about the compatibility and the required flexmobility app BEFORE updating the operating system.
Users from iOS / iPadOS 14 on use exclusively the flexmobility platform cc – Client (flexmp-cc). Before updating to iOS / iPadOS 14, it is essential to install the latest version of this app and connect it to your own server/cloud.
