Device Geo-Map in the CCM

We are delighted to introduce an exciting new feature of our flexmobility platform: with the latest update to the Customer Configuration Manager (CCM), you can now display mobile devices and their respective geolocations on a digital map. This enhancement offers a wide range of display options that you can flexibly adapt to your needs.

Thanks to the new geolocation feature, you can view various details for each device, such as the last known location or GPS position, the daily location history, or the distance travelled. This is particularly useful for coordinating technicians and service calls, but also offers numerous other applications.

• Efficient coordination: With the ability to track the current location and daily movements of your devices, you can coordinate technicians and service teams more efficiently. You always know where your staff are and can plan their routes optimally.

• Optimisation of workflows: The tracking feature helps you optimise workflows by allowing you to track exactly which routes have been taken and how long specific tasks have taken. This enables you to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
