New support feature on the flexmobility platform – rethinking efficiency

With the next update to the flexmobility platform 12, 3mobility solutions is introducing an innovative feature that takes support to a whole new level. Initially available exclusively for support provided by 3mobility solutions, this module will also be accessible to end customers in the next major release – thanks to a new licence module for in-house use.

What makes the new support module so special?

The new module enables key client functions to be executed centrally directly from the CCM (Central Configuration Manager). This not only speeds up support but also makes it significantly more efficient. The functions include:

  • Viewing logs – for rapid fault analysis
  • Sending messages – direct communication with the client
  • Triggering a restart – without manual intervention on site
  • Changing the configuration – flexible and centrally controllable
  • Retrieving file information – full transparency regarding client data
  • Transferring files to the server – straightforward and secure
  • Taking screenshots – for precise diagnosis and documentation
  • and other functions – currently still in the internal testing phase

Why is that important?

Support teams often face the challenge of responding to issues quickly and reliably. This new feature significantly streamlines the process: less time spent, less complexity, and greater control. For businesses, this means higher availability, reduced downtime and a better user experience.

Outlook

For the next major release, the plan is to make this feature available to all users via a new licence module, so that end customers can also benefit directly from InHouse when opening their own support cases relating to the use of the flexmobility platform. This will make the flexmobility platform even more flexible and powerful – a real game-changer for anyone looking to streamline their processes.
