Here you will find current information about an update to the new version flexmobility platform 12.

If you are already using a version < 12 of the flexmobility platform, an update to the new version 12 is possible. To do so, please first obtain information from your contact person or send us a request. We will be happy to coordinate details with you.


Basically:

• The new version 12 requires the also new clients (12) from the app stores
• A new installation of the server is required (system requirements on request)
• An existing configuration needs a conversion. There is an import function for this in version 12
• Check if your devices in use meet the requirements of the version (Betriebssystem)

Please test all functions of your configuration after the update to version 12 before you work productively with the new version. If you use mobile devices, please also check the hardware beforehand.
