Important information – Corona Pandemic

You are all following the dynamic developments with regard to the global Corona pandemic. Protecting the health of our workforce, customers and partners, and society as a whole is therefore our top priority.

However, we also see it as our responsibility as a business partner to ensure that our business operations run as smoothly as possible for our customers and partners. Our emergency management has been active since 16.03.2020. This enables us to provide our support and services in the usual quality.

In addition to appropriate operational regulations in handling or preventing the spread of coronavirus within our facility, we have also put in place other regulations. Wherever possible, our employees work from their home offices. Here we have created the necessary conditions so that our colleagues can continue their work without restrictions. In concrete terms, this means that our employees will continue to be available to you by e-mail as well as by telephone without interruption under the familiar contact data. By means of digital technology, we now favor the use of video communication even more intensively. Face-to-face meetings or travel are avoided and rerouted unless absolutely necessary.

The exceptional circumstances do not make it easy to make forecasts. Nevertheless, we would like to emphasize at this point that we always want to maintain the assurance of our quality to our partners and customers without interruption.

We continue to work highly committed on new solutions and implement ideas. We are also at your disposal, can and would like to continue your progress in these times and set up projects to generate added value for the time after the crisis. Feel free to contact us!
